Foxton Fuels offers the highest level of service to each and every client.
We have various payment options available depending on your needs and your financial situation. Look over the options available to you here, and if you require more information or would like to discuss these options in person, please feel free to call us and we would be happy to assist you.
Below you will find links to our credit applications and a credit/debit permission form for your convenience. Please click on the application applicable to you and you will be provided with a PDF form. Please fill out the form and either drop it off in person or fax it to us at 519-357-4091.

Available Options
Pre-Pay
With our pre-pay system, you simply deposit money into your account and that will be applied every time you purchase fuel. As long as you have sufficient funds available in your account you may purchase fuel.
On Approved Credit
In order to purchase fuel on credit, we require you to fill out our Credit Application Form (see link above). Monthly billing applies.
Monthly Payment Plan
By reviewing your past consumption, we will estimate the cost to heat your home over the year. Beginning in September, you make 10 equal payments by preauthorized payments or post dated cheque. In February/March your account is reviewed and any adjustment will be made at that time. . We do require you to fill out our Credit Application Form (please click on link above).
On-line Banking
Online/Internet Banking is a very convenient way of making payments to your account. We have provided links below to the major Canadian Banks.
Automatic Withdrawals – By providing us with a VOID cheque, you can make paying your bill as simple as possible. Once authorized, each month we will take your balance and have it withdrawn automatically from your account on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Credit Card – We accept payment by debit or credit card. Foxton Fuels accepts payment made using VISA and MASTERCARD. With your permission, we will process your credit card payments on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Paperless Billing
Choose how you want to receive your invoice: go paperless online or have your bill mailed to you.
